Changed your mind?

For online orders, tell PAIR THEORY you want to cancel within 14 days after delivery. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. Send any clear cancellation statement through our Contact page; no reason is required.

Contact us for the correct return address. Please package items securely. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for additional handling that reduces their value.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay, within 14 days after receiving returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. If you cancel a whole order, this includes standard outward delivery; express delivery upgrades are not refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. We will arrange the remedy required by law and cover reasonable return costs where required. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
